At Iain's Music Studio we assure that YOUR ideas are formulated into an arrangement. This is your chance to say your say and to present your music! The arrangement is 100% YOU, as the song is. We take into account such factors as:
Do you sing the song yourself, and if not, who sings it?
Do you play an instrument in the song? If yes, solo or backing?
Do you have a special soloist in mind for that lead?
Which audience are you addressing?
... and so forth.
In fact, at IMS, we integrate the performer's original ideas into arrangements which strive to satisfy the audience's very variable sense of aesthetics at the same time. This is no mean feat. We have arranged songs for dyslexic performers of true-blue South African Country Music who wished to perform to a rave crowd. The injuries were kept to a minimum, thanks to the arrangement (of the furniture). (We are, of course, compulsive liars and not responsible for damages incurred to the reader's eyesight by this paragraph. And who is IMS?)
